Phase 1: Movement Optimization
We teach mastery of the seven fundamental movement patterns:

As founder and creator of DBC, his vision from the start was to build a facility that would accomplish more than just training athletes. He wants to educate people on the proper way to train and how to move from the inside out. His detailed approach is known throughout the industry. He wants this approach to spread throughout the industry to encourage trainers to develop a greater understanding of what human movement is.
