A lot of times we can sense tightness in the body. However, sometimes what perceive as tightness, is actually weakness or even end range of motion. Through assessment, measurable data is attached to your body to know exactly what you need to stretch and what to strength train/ tighten.

For the most part NO. There are a handful of stretches that require a foam roller / Swiss ball to be most effective.
