Pre-Course Survey

Pre-Course Survey

One of the things we ask in order to provide a more customized LVL2 experience is for you to complete a short questionnaire. This helps us understand your training background, experience and any specific areas you would like to focus on during the course. Your responses will enable us to tailor the weekend to meet your unique needs and maximize what you get out of LVL2. Thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey.

What to Expect at LVL2

Overview
A gym with several people receiving massages on massage tables, some standing and some sitting on floor, in a modern fitness facility with black walls and equipment.

Course Structure

The DBC Fitness LVL2 course is a three-day immersive course that walks through a sequential, comprehensive and reproducible system of more than 50 measurements of the human body. Each section of the course is presented and explained by course instructor, Chaney Knowlton, and then demonstrated for the group.

Group of athletes, dressed in black and blue sportswear, surrounding a man lying face down on a massage table, receiving a treatment in a room with black walls, wooden storage, and a green safety instructions sign.

Application

Trainers will work in pairs or groups to replicate and perform each of these assessments under the guidance of DBC certified coaches. These breakouts of each section give all trainers time to work through the process in a hands-on atmosphere with time to ask questions.

Process and Perform

You will be taught how to process all of the data that you collect and use it to build individualized training programs for your clients. Expect to perform at least two assessments, start to finish, during the course of the class with a final test assessment at the end.
